Podcast Recording Packages

Basic Podcast Package - Starting at $80/hour

• Setup/Soundcheck Only (does not come with a producer)

• Two professional-grade cameras for multi-angle video capture.

• Includes up to 30 minutes for camera and audio setup.

• Professional audio setup for up to 4 microphones and headphones.

• Does not include running the switcher or managing the recording session.

Full Podcast Package - Starting at $160/hour

• Dedicated producer/operator to run the board

• Two professional-grade cameras for multi-angle video capture.

• Includes up to 30 minutes of setup time and sound checks.

• Professional audio setup for up to 4 microphones and headphones.

• Live switching between camera angles during the session.

Additional Time:

• Additional time beyond the booked session will be billed in 30-minute increments:

• $40 per half-hour (Basic Podcast Package).

• $80 per half-hour (Full Podcast Package).

A La Carte Add-Ons:

• Additional Camera:

• $50/hour for a third professional-grade camera, ideal for dynamic angles or guest close-ups.

• Specialized Lighting:

• $40 one-time fee for tube lights or custom lighting setups to enhance the visual quality of your podcast.

• Producer Support:

• $100/hour for assistance with creative direction, script preparation, or interview coordination.

File Storage & Delivery:

• Bring Your Own External Hard Drive:

Clients should bring their own external hard drive to receive raw video and audio files. Drives must be formatted (exFAT or NTFS) and have sufficient free space for large files.

• Purchase a Hard Drive from the Studio:

If you don’t have a drive, we can provide a 1TB portable hard drive for $90. Drives will be formatted and ready to use during the session. Larger capacity drives are available upon request.

Conditions & Terms:

1. Booking Minimums:

• Minimum booking is 1 hour

• Setup & Producer Sessions are billed at $160/hour, which includes up to 30 minutes of setup time. Additional time is billed at $40/half hour.

2. Client Responsibility:

• Clients are responsible for providing their script, outline, and creative direction unless Producer Support is added.

• Ensure all participants arrive on time for a smooth session.

3. File Delivery:

• Files will be transferred immediately after the session.

• If purchasing a hard drive, the studio will provide it at the end of the session.

4. Cancellations:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the session may incur a $100 fee.

• Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

Social Media Half-Day Content Package - $1,200

A streamlined option for businesses looking to create professional social media and website content with fewer deliverables. This package is fully produced by our experienced producers, providing expert guidance throughout the process.

What’s Included:

• Pre-Shoot Consultation (30 Minutes):

A session to discuss content ideas, scripting, and shot lists to make the most of the shoot.

• Studio Access & Two-Hour Shoot:

Use our professional studio, which includes a fully furnished podcast room and multiple backdrops tailored to your brand’s aesthetic. During the two-hour shoot, we’ll capture:

• 4 Vertical Video Reels: Edited, engaging videos under 1 minute each, optimized for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

• 5 Edited Photos: High-quality, professionally retouched images perfect for social media and website use.

• Editing & Post-Production:

• Professional video editing with brand-consistent text, music, and effects.

4. Cancellations:

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the shoot may incur a $250 fee.

• Rescheduling is allowed with at least 48 hours’ notice.
